The shipping time for these boxes is extra long because of the fact that all items have to be labeled and wrapped individually. These boxes will ship sometime in January, a more exact shipping time will be announced at a later point.
I’m sorry but if you actually cared about art theft that wouldn’t matter. The fakes are cheaper. Fakes are always cheaper, because they are typically poorer quality and/or significantly less effort went into making them. The difference, in this particular instance, is a few dollars. I personally would rather pay more if I know the money is going to the original artist. Artists have needs and expenses, and they deserve to be compensated for their own creations.

For what it’s worth, I have a feeling KB is not knowingly stealing the design, I think it’s more likely that they’re getting the fakes from a wholesaler.
Remember to do a bit of research before buying things like patches and enamel pins! Fakes float around easily and quickly. A little bit of Googling is worth making sure artists are properly compensated for their creations.
